Santa is looking forward to welcoming children and adults in his factory!
From 23 November to 6 January; every day from 10 am to 8 pm
In one of the most evocative places of Padua, inside the historic city walls, the Eremitani village rises , where Santa Claus Factory in based.
This is a place where children and adults can make one of their big dreams come true: to become Santa’s helpers. The Santa Claus Factory, indeed, houses the post office, which is a real workshop in which to create handmade letters to send and lots of toys!
To make everything even more magical and real, on the 8th of December Santa Claus will arrive at the Eremitani Village, to check the progress of the work carried out inside his factory, but also to listen to his little helpers’ wishes. Santa will come back to the village on the weekends form 3:30 to 8:00 p.m.. Children will have the chance to leave the letters addressed to him starting from the 23rd of Novembre, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.., and those who would like to try a very ancient activity (but completely new for them) will have the chance to write their letter using the Gutenberg movable-type printing technique!
Enjoy a walk in the village and stop by the wooden houses decorated with white lights where gifts, Christmas furniture and clothing shops, as well as producers of the world’s best food and wine delicacies will give you the opportunity to purchase many original gifts!
The eventi is organized by World Appeal, which will take other events in city at Christmas time, like the itinerant bagpipes (on the 2nd of December) and Santas on stilts (on December the 23rd).
